Ashing Muffle Furnace 1200 C features box type ceramic chamber with embeded wire type, heating from three sides with Tmax 1200°C. Precise Shimaden PID controller, programmable 32-segment, fast heating and cooling. The Muffle Furnace 1200 C is an ideal tool for heat treating, reacting studies, sintering processes, and ceramic firing with maximum energy saving.

Application Notes

However, toxic or explosive gases that may generate from the sample during the heating are not recommended for use with this programmable muffle furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.
Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating
